An accomplished education leader and Principal with over 29 years of experience in the education sector, including 9 years in school leadership and administration.

The professional journey began as a Mathematics educator, developing a strong passion for academic excellence, activity-based learning, and student development.

Over the years, extensive experience has been gained in leading schools, strengthening academic systems, managing operations, mentoring teams, and working closely with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

As a Principal, key areas of focus include academic excellence, effective school operations, curriculum implementation, teacher development, student success, and building a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented school culture.

The professional journey has also been enriched with several prestigious recognitions, including the Best Principal Award 2025–26, Educator of the Year 2024–25, National award by Tata ClassEdge and The Trailblazing Principal Award. Contributions to Mathematics education also include international research publications.

Academically, qualifications include an M.Phil. in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Mathematics, and B.Ed., with Ph.D. in Mathematics
